- What are the hours of the library?
- The UCIMC has staffed hours 9am - 7pm Monday through Friday, and 1pm - 5pm Saturday. However, being a volunteer-run organization, the hours can vary. It is best to call for current hours: 217.344.8820

- What is the mission of the library?
- TThe U-C IMC Library is a non-profit volunteer collective that supports the information needs of the IMC media creators and the community at large. The library attempts to collect material that gives voice to those not portrayed in the mainstream/corporate media outlets.

- How do I become a member or volunteer?
- The best way to get started is to join us for a regular meeting. Our regular working group meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. See the UCIMC Calendar for more specific info.

- Check out our Donate page. You can donate money via Paypal or through postal mail, gift a magazine subscription, donate books, or volunteer your time.

- How do I check out materials and what else should I know about circulation?
- Currently the collection is only officially circulating to UCIMC members. Become a Member!
Anyone is welcome to use UCIMC Library items on-site. We are in the process of updating our catalog which will allow us to circulate materials during regularly staffed hours and host a digital repository of some collections.
